The Description of Sodium Sulphite Anhydrous:
Sodium Sulphite (Na2 So3) is a soluble compound of sodium which is product of SO2 scrubbing, a part of the flue gas desulphurization process. Sodium Sulphite (Na2 So3) is used to preserve meat and used as a preservative to stop dried fruit from discolouring and is a white crystal powder or granule tastes like salt with sulphur odour.

Advantages of Sodium Sulphite Anhydrous:

• Prevention of the discolouration of dried fruits since it can act as a preservative.
• Decrease the chlorine levels in the swimming pool water.
• In boiler systems, acts as an oxygen scavenger to protect the system from pitting corrosion. Therefore, the water fed to boilers is often treated with sodium sulphite.
• The textile industry makes extensive use for bleaching, dechlorinating and desulfurizing purposes.
